Students Celeidh Night at Peebles High School

On the Monday night before leaving on their return to Hendaye the St Vincents and Peebles High School students attended and participated in a Ceilidh night held at  Peebles High School.
During the evening the Students were given a demonstration of the Cumrian Pipes and some Pre-High School and High School Students performed a Highland Dance routine. Later Students,Teachers,Parents and Visitors all enjoyed a few Highland dance routines. 
Some members of Peebles-Hendaye Twinning Association Committee attended giving their support, Chairman Bruce Macalister adorned Highland dress and took part with Linda Herbst dancing one or two of the Highland dances.
Judging by the expressions on everyone's face a thoroughly enjoyable evening was had by Students,Parents and visitors alike.
